REPORT YOUR ISSUE ONLINE


1. Review the "Issues Reported" tab below to see if someone has already submitted the issue you are reporting. If the issue already exists, you can review details.

2. Create a user account. Click on the "Report An Issue" tab below to register and then in the future to log in and create reports. 

3. Once logged in:
    • Enter the address of the location of the report (enter the full address including city, state, and zip code), or click and drag around on the map to drop a pin at the location.
    • Click the "Update Marker" button to confirm the location.
    • Enter detailed information about the type of report you're making. You can even include a photo of what you're reporting if you'd like.  
    • Submit the report. You will see a red pop-up message indicating your report was submitted. 
4. A City staff member will respond to your report. Your report will not show up on the map until staff have reviewed it.

5. View progress reports on the map below or by logging into your user account.
