The Maize City Council approved Charter Ordinance No. ### exempting the City from the provisions of K.S.A. 12-1651 and allowing the Governing Body to designate the City website as the official city newspaper by resolution. The Hutch Tribune is designated as the official newspaper for all publications and notices that are required by statute or City Ordinance to be published in an newspaper of general circulation.
